HI! I am Julia Blair Griggs (formerly Havey….that’s another story for another day, I’m sure I’ll get around to telling that story at some point! For now…he threw me out of a moving car, alcohol was involved and was in most bad choices I’ve ever made. I’ve been sober 9 years and that has taken my focus off of my exterior and have been working on the interior renovations! lol))
For now,I am glad to be here celebrating the 25th year of living healthfully free of the ravages of obesity.
The recent study linking covid to Obesity got me thinking. Almost EVERYONE I know has had covid; vaccinated or NOT!! Except me! Maybe it’s because I have kept 100 of the 130lbs that I lost off for 20 years now!
Obesity kills. Moreover, the food we eat that gets us fat is the problem. We are fed garbage and expect to live like a fine tuned machine? Jump on MAGA’s MAHA move and let’s change our bodies, our minds, our health and our world!
